ABOUT ME
Having been raised in Kaufman, Texas and being a retired Dallas Firefighter, I've watched the big city grow bigger and my home town grow and develop over the decades. I'm on a mission to create value beyond the real estate transaction. My core values are: Honesty, Trustworthy, Dependable, and Professional.
After I retired from the Dallas Fire Department, I decided to pursue an encore career in real estate. It seems like just yesterday I obtained my real estate license, but in reality that was two decades ago. Time flies when you're having fun. I enjoy building relationships and being able to display my core values to the community.
One of my most precious memories of real estate was when I listed a home for an elderly client. She received many great offers on her property and I went to her home to present them all to her. As I was presenting these offers to her she stopped me and said "let's pray". After we prayed she selected an offer and we went along throughout the deal without so much as a hiccup. This was a reminder that we always need Gods guidance as we make decisions for our lives. Stories like this one are what make me love real estate.
I serve the North East Texas area and can help first time home buyers, relocation clients, home sales, land sales, farm & ranch, developers, and short sales/foreclosures. The custom plan I help clients create and execute sets them up for success with their real estate goal. The service I provide as a resource after closing is what sets me apart from other real estate agents and helps me work towards achieving my mission to create value beyond the real estate transaction.

To develop a piece of land requires passing through a lot of red tape and approvals. It can sometimes take a year, or longer, to close a project.
I help land owners in Kaufman County, that are looking to sell tracts of land for development, prepare their property for sale and negotiate the complicated contracts associated with land development.
I assist developers in their search for land and communicating their offers to land owners in the community.
